Business Development – Candy

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s candy business in Mexico and lead the successful delivery of projects that drive growth and innovation. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and ready for launch, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project‑level risks, escalating to global leads or program managers when necessary.
• Provide project reporting and status updates through scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
• Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness to go live.
• Own relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout all phases of delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from tactical teams to steering committees.
• Strong project planning, proactive risk identification, and ability to manage strict timelines.
• Focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and ability to positively influence decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving.
