Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative will drive profitable growth of the Suction, Oxygen, Therapy (SOT) product range. You will execute the business development strategy, expand into new markets and build strategic partnerships to increase revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, track and secure new business opportunities to expand revenues and profitability.
• Assess and prioritize growth opportunities in existing and new market segments.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners and key customers.
• Deepen engagement with existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management and operations to shape customer solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure the product portfolio is positioned effectively to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial or medical sales and marketing.
• Understanding of sales channel management and key account management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced presentation software skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales funnel management.
