Business Development Representative – SaaS & Technology

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new SaaS and technology sales opportunities. The role focuses on prospecting, engaging decision‑makers, and closing B2B deals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS or technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline activity, sales performance, and market feedback.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
