Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain IT

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join its Global IT organization in Mexico City. The role focuses on designing and implementing supply‑chain applications that support operations across North America, Latin America and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with regional leaders and key users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customer service and logistics teams to understand processes and gather requirements.
• Analyze, research and resolve business requests using existing technologies while aligning with GIT strategies.
• Identify and recommend new techniques, technologies and concepts that add value.
• Implement global bundles for North America, Hill’s and Latin America subsidiaries.
• Communicate project information effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GIT governance practices.
• Plan and lead multiple complex GIT projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience configuring and implementing logistics modules in SAP (SD & LE‑TRA).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with 3PL integration (ANSI X12 or EDIFACT) and IDOC standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, batch management, ABAP debugging, LSMW, BAPIs, RFC, ALE and API interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse technologies and stakeholders.
