Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic finance and distribution initiatives for a leading U.S. insurer. In a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment you will partner with finance, distribution and technology teams to deliver analytical solutions that drive profitable growth and improve agent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management and executive reporting dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Support finance and distribution teams with analytics on agent performance, business growth, profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports and analytical solutions for strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis and financial impact assessments for exclusive agency and distribution initiatives.
• Participate in advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive and scenario‑based analyses.
• Gather, transform and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with finance, distribution, technology and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical priorities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Experience in business analytics, reporting, finance analytics, data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or a comparable discipline.
