Buyer – Supply Chain for Restaurant Network

About the role

We are looking for a Buyer to join our supply‑chain team supporting a large restaurant network. The role blends data analysis with relationship building to ensure food and packaging products are available at the best price.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production and inventory to keep shelves stocked and avoid supply gaps.
• Use Excel and MicroStrategy to generate reports, calculate pricing formulas and analyse costs.
• Serve as the primary contact between restaurant owners, distributors and bakeries.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to launch new products across the system.
• Coordinate resolutions for late deliveries or distributor issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or Logistics.
• 2+ years experience as a buyer in the food industry, handling direct procurement of raw materials, packaging and ingredients.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with corporate directors and local owners.
