Change Management Consultant

About the role

Deloitte’s Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) centre is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join its Human Capital practice. The consultant will work within engagement teams to design, develop, and deliver change‑management solutions that enable clients to adopt new technologies and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, development and delivery of communication materials aligned with project timelines and milestones.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them plan and execute change‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Apply strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills while managing ambiguity.
• Execute ideas under tight deadlines and communicate business concepts clearly.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Completed coursework in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and support project tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with digital communication tools.
