Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join its Guadalajara boutique. You will act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise and creating memorable experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to each client, understanding their needs and tailoring the in‑store experience.
• Utilize Louis Vuitton’s clienteling tools and systems to build and maintain long‑lasting relationships.
• Drive sales by applying a strategic commercial mindset and promoting the brand’s heritage.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve performance targets and uphold visual standards.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑end or luxury retail, or a strong background in customer‑centric environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Self‑driven, curious and eager to learn, with a passion for fashion and luxury.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic boutique setting.
