About the role

The Client Advisor delivers an exceptional Cartier experience to boutique visitors, guiding them through product selection, purchase and after‑sales service. This role blends high‑level sales performance with personalized client relationship management in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively identifying purchase and repurchase opportunities.
• Develop and execute clienteling actions for existing customers, service visitors and prospects to drive conversion and loyalty.
• Provide outstanding, omnichannel customer service, greeting every guest, maintaining product knowledge and ensuring seamless follow‑up.
• Collect and leverage client data (preferences, lifestyle, events) to personalize interactions and suggest relevant products.
• Coordinate in‑store hospitality, concierge services, and special events to enhance the client journey.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, industry trends and sales techniques through company‑provided training.
