Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Polanco)

About the role

Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor to join its flagship store in Polanco. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering the iconic Gucci experience to a discerning clientele while driving sales and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers.
• Advise clients on fashion trends, luxury market developments, and Gucci heritage.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Execute cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members, propose solutions, and contribute to visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure product replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.

Required profile

• Proven record of achieving sales targets in a luxury or fashion environment.
• Strong passion for fashion, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Flexible, multitasking professional comfortable with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to the Gucci brand.
