Client Development Manager – Mexico City

About the role

As a Client Development Manager for Louis Vuitton in Mexico City, you will lead the retail‑focused client development activities across the zone, reporting to the Director of Client Development. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting client development tools such as ICON and Salesforce, and for coaching store teams to improve client recruitment, retention and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain client development tools (ICON, Salesforce) across all stores.
• Coach and train retail teams on client development competencies, including appointment culture and daily business integration.
• Design and deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions and ongoing CD‑related trainings for regional and store teams.
• Travel regularly to stores and regions to execute development plans, monitor performance, and provide customized support.
• Collect and share best practices, create performance reports, and collaborate with regional partners (Canada, South America) on program adoption.
• Partner with the Client Relations manager to shape new resources and ensure successful rollout.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail leadership and coaching.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, sales and client development results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence store managers.
• Experience working in a luxury or fashion retail environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using ICON or similar client development platforms.
