Client Success Manager – Klaviyo Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own the relationship and retention strategy for ecommerce brands using Klaviyo. You will work closely with founders and a creative team to turn email and SMS campaigns into measurable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client communication, check‑in calls and performance reviews.
- Build retention roadmaps across flows, campaigns, SMS and segmentation.
- Identify revenue opportunities within Klaviyo data and plan monthly promos, launches and tests.
- Brief copywriters, designers and Klaviyo specialists with clear direction.
- Maintain organized project tracking in ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and ecommerce client management.
- Ability to read data, spot gaps and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written English and confident client‑facing communication.
- Organized, able to manage multiple moving parts and overlap US time zones.
