Client Success Specialist – Remote

About the role

Deer Designer is a design subscription service that provides mid‑market marketing teams with a dedicated Creative Director‑led design team for a flat monthly fee. We are looking for a remote Client Success Specialist to act as the bridge between our clients and creative teams, turning vague goals into clear creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients strategically, spotting risks early and acting proactively.
• Ensure high‑quality inputs by pushing back on vague briefs and guiding clients toward better specifications.
• Maintain clear, concise communication, using AI tools to draft and structure messages.
• Optimize client usage of Deer Designer, shifting from reactive support to proactive partnership.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency in communication and internal processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a client‑facing role such as Account Management, Project Management or Client Success.
• Flawless written English – precise, structured and direct.
• Strong design literacy (layout, hierarchy, branding, UX) without needing to design.
• Comfortable pushing back on clients and asking hard questions.
• Proactive use of AI for structuring thinking and improving output.
• Agency or creative services experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop for review purposes and async‑friendly workflows.
• Ownership mindset focused on outcomes.
