About the role
The Arkansas Pulmonary Clinic is seeking a friendly and organized Clinic Office Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. This full‑time, day‑shift position works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, providing essential front‑desk support in a busy medical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify insurance, and complete check‑in procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process check‑outs, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by clinic management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to type at a minimum of 35‑40 words per minute.
