Clinic Office Representative

About the role
The Clinic Office Representative provides the first point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. Working Monday‑Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday until 12:30 pm, you will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify their information, and complete check‑in procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s phone system.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process check‑out, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
- Strong customer‑service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to type at a minimum of 35‑40 words per minute.
Required skills
- Typing speed of 35‑40 wpm.
