Clinical Application Support Analyst – Epic

About the role

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Clinical Application Support Analyst to ensure the optimal performance of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for its U.S. healthcare clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for end‑users, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting to keep clinical workflows running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier customer service to Epic end‑users and stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and maintain application functions while minimizing errors.
• Meet or exceed service‑level agreements (SLAs) to avoid contractual penalties.
• Document all tickets according to company standards.
• Provide training and guidance on effective Epic usage.
• Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement streamlined solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Epic with ancillary systems.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to support clinical and administrative decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment (technician or lab manager preferred).
• Clinical background in pharmaceuticals or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
