Communication Manager

About the role

The Producer/Content Creator will be an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering high‑quality video and multimedia content that supports PepsiCo’s global and regional communications priorities. Working within a matrixed environment, the role partners with local and global teams to turn communications briefs into engaging visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of assigned content projects, from intake and planning through production, post‑production, and delivery.
• Translate communications briefs into effective visual executions across multiple formats, including social‑first and short‑form video for internal and external audiences.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional‑grade video and sound in studio and field environments.
• Edit and finish content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related editorial tools.
• Hire and manage external vendors such as Directors of Photography, production crews, and audio teams for larger or more complex productions.
• Provide clear creative and technical direction to external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Navigate reporting lines, priorities, and approval dynamics within a global matrixed organization.
• Ensure all content aligns with PepsiCo brand, visual, and editorial standards and is delivered on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering video and multimedia content in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to make day‑to‑day editorial decisions.
• Comfort operating in a matrixed environment with shared accountability across local and global teams.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
