Communication Specialist II – Internal Communications

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communication Specialist II to lead the development and execution of internal communication plans for its Ciudad Juárez plant. The role will help sustain a strong communication culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure alignment with corporate messaging across the MedTech and Cardiovascular business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement short‑term and long‑term communication programs that meet business needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for internal audiences.
• Support and nurture the internal communication culture at the site.
• Drive employee engagement through clear and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate closely with corporate communications teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Ensure all communications comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in corporate or internal communications.
• Proven ability to create and manage communication programs that address both short‑term and strategic objectives.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with corporate communications and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to corporate communications.
