Communication Technician III

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communication Technician III to support its manufacturing site in Ciudad Juarez. The role focuses on creating and delivering technical communication campaigns that support both internal and external business programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and direct technical communication campaign solutions for the plant.
• Provide a variety of communication formats aligned with programs such as CREDO and JJPS.
• Collaborate with program sponsors and communication specialists to design appropriate communication strategies.
• Implement and coordinate communication campaigns according to business needs.
• Execute communication solutions across the manufacturing site.

Required profile

• Works under limited supervision while complying with all applicable federal, state, local laws and corporate guidelines.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
