Communications and Culture Analyst (6‑month contract)

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Communications and Culture Analyst to strengthen internal communication and foster a vibrant organizational culture. You will design and execute campaigns, events, and multimedia content that align with the company’s strategy and enhance the associate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch internal communication campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and forums.
• Develop multimedia content such as announcements, videos, and digital assets.
• Maintain and update internal channels including the MyBosch app, email newsletters, digital screens, and bulletin boards.
• Manage external vendors for events and communication materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support the design and implementation of the annual internal communication plan.
• Track execution, measure effectiveness, and report on campaigns and events using key indicators and associate feedback.
• Assist in crafting key messages and materials for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong digital communication, event management, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Graphic design experience.
