Communications Coordinator

About the role

As a Communications Coordinator within Global Communications at 3M, you will ensure clear, accurate, and timely messaging across a variety of internal and external digital channels. You will work closely with communications teams, business partners, and technology stakeholders to support the digital communications experience for employees and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content publishing and platform support for intranet, digital signage, email newsletters, Viva Engage, websites, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage incoming content requests, approvals, testing, scheduling, and publishing while adhering to established standards.
• Oversee translation and localization of communications materials, documents, video subtitles, and emails in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Provide user support, handle access requests, conduct platform audits, and create documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with technology and communications stakeholders to resolve issues, improve content quality, and enhance workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications support, content coordination, digital publishing, or platform administration.
• Advanced proficiency in English; strong written communication skills.
