Community & Broadcast Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community & Broadcast Manager to turn our beauty brand SARELLY into a cultural phenomenon. You will own our Instagram Broadcast Channel, create real‑time content, and build an obsessive fan base that treats the brand like a close‑knit community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously feed the Instagram Broadcast Channel with voice notes, memes, behind‑the‑scenes clips, and exclusive drops.
• Capture and post live content from photoshoots, creator trips, product meetings, and daily office moments.
• Engage directly with the community in DMs, comments, and TikTok, turning top fans into brand ambassadors.
• React to trending audio or video formats within hours and adapt them to the SARELLY universe.
• Attend PR events, activations, and parties to produce immediate, native content.
• Design recurring community rituals such as “Gossip Thursdays,” AMAs, challenges, and inside jokes.
• Gather community memes, feedback, and ideas each week and present them to internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content creation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with an intuitive ability to switch between both cultures.
• Deep passion for beauty products and a strong knowledge of Gen Z Latina trends.
• Exceptional copywriting voice that feels fun, authentic, and conversational.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
• Experience creating and publishing content on TikTok.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, especially Broadcast Channels.
