Community Growth Manager

About the role

The Community Growth Manager will lead the strategic expansion of a global contributor network across multiple markets. Based in Mexico, you will work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, shaping acquisition funnels, activation flows, and sustainable growth mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable acquisition strategies to increase contributor and user participation in priority regions.
• Identify high‑potential growth opportunities through market analysis, geographic clustering, and performance evaluation.
• Optimize onboarding and activation experiences to reduce time‑to‑first‑participation and improve conversion rates.
• Expand network density by strengthening active contributor coverage and balancing growth across markets.
• Develop and manage referral programs and organic growth initiatives.
• Monitor acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement metrics, using data insights for continuous optimization.
• Conduct structured growth experiments, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 4‑8+ years of experience in growth, community expansion, marketplace development, or user acquisition.
• Proven success building and scaling distributed user networks, online communities, or contributor ecosystems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing growth funnels, conversion metrics, and retention analysis.
• Experience operating across multiple geographic markets and adapting strategies to diverse user segments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, data‑driven mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast‑evolving environment.
