Community Manager – Web3 Ecosystem

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy digital tribal leader to own the Partyhat ecosystem’s community experience. This role demands 24/7 availability, deep Web3 fluency, and the ability to turn chaotic chat volume into a strategic asset that fuels product growth.

Key responsibilities

• Culture Architecture: Shape tone, energy, and engagement across Discord, Telegram, and emerging channels.
• Ambassador Engineering: Recruit, train, and schedule a global moderator team to ensure continuous coverage.
• Event Orchestration: Design and host live audio sessions, digital tournaments, and viral campaigns.
• Feedback Synthesis: Translate unstructured community chatter into actionable product insights.
• Crisis Management: Lead real‑time issue resolution during launches, technical spikes, or market volatility.
• Onboarding Logic: Streamline the entry funnel so new members are quickly educated and activated.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and scaling highly active online communities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to craft sharp announcements and defuse tense situations.
• Willingness to be hyper‑available, including nights and weekends.
• Native fluency in Web3 culture and terminology.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multi‑channel message boards without losing analytical focus.
