Condition Monitoring Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our fast‑growing team that delivers predictive‑maintenance solutions to global manufacturers. You will work directly with customers, product developers and installation crews to turn raw sensor data into actionable insights that keep critical assets running.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data on‑site, tailoring processing to each asset.
• Perform vibration data acquisition, FFT analysis, software modeling and programming.
• Evaluate machinery health and recommend corrective actions based on detailed vibration studies.
• Develop and expand the vibration‑analysis software library to improve data processing capabilities.
• Provide clients with high‑quality, actionable information, including setting alarm thresholds for pending failures.
• Assist hardware installation teams and advise on optimal placement of condition‑sensing units.
• Lead the development of the AssetWatch predictive‑maintenance tool and broaden its scope to ultrasonic and oil/fluid analysis.
• Collaborate with product development to create new hardware and software offerings.

Required profile

• At least five years of hands‑on experience with vibration data collection and analysis, using FFT analyzers and predictive maintenance software.
• ISO Category II (or higher) vibration certification preferred, with ongoing certification expected.
• Strong electro‑mechanical knowledge, including AC induction and DC motors.
• Solid mechanical background with equipment such as compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficiency operating vibration analyzers that capture spectra and time‑waveform data.
• Ability to develop optimal corrective actions from field data and plant personnel feedback.
• Willingness and ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
