About the role

The Cyclic Counter will be responsible for performing accurate inventory counts of raw materials, components, consumables and finished products within a manufacturing environment. This position supports the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and works closely with production and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular counts of raw material, components, consumables and finished goods following ABC, batch and consumable plans.
• Perform inventory checks in the warehouse, on production lines, trailer boxes and chemical storage areas.
• Audit inventory boxes and verify counts across multiple locations using the SAP system.
• Support training of new employees and complete assigned training modules on time.
• Participate in incident investigations related to product quality, safety, health and environmental impact.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe conditions.
• Contribute to the annual performance improvement (PI) process.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school).
• Previous experience in inventory counting or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
