Continuous Improvement Agent

About the role

Bombardier is looking for a Continuous Improvement Agent to drive project excellence across its manufacturing sites. You will apply project‑management methodologies, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure quality standards are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects following PMI processes: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, master plans, cost and procurement plans, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Track issues, manage scope changes, produce status reports, and capture lessons learned.
• Manage project portfolios for the site, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in project or continuous‑improvement roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience leading projects using PMI methodology.
• Ability to delegate, set clear goals, monitor performance, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing policies, standards, and procedures.
• Budget management experience.
