Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will support Harting’s Process Management Organisation in Silao, driving continuous improvement across operations and implementing the HARlis systems and methods.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize end‑to‑end processes while considering legal, operational and other framework conditions.
• Design, deploy, use and further develop HARlis systems and related tools.
• Implement the HARTING Operations Strategy Process, including KPI management and reporting.
• Measure, monitor and achieve targets for process‑related KPIs.
• Share best practices internally and represent HARlis/Continuous Improvement at external events.
• Support project implementation in process management and facilitate strategic meetings and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• First professional experience in a related area is desirable.
• Very good command of written and spoken English (as required by the position).
