Contract Law Specialist

About the role

Join the Office of General Counsel at a global leader in advanced mobility solutions. As a Contract Law Specialist you will translate commercial objectives into solid legal agreements, support internal teams, and help mitigate risk across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS/licensing agreements.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and counterparties to secure favorable terms.
• Provide legal advice to Procurement, Sales, IT, Finance and other stakeholders on contract terms, risk trade‑offs and compliance.
• Identify and analyze legal risks, focusing on liability, indemnification, IP, data privacy and termination clauses.
• Ensure agreements comply with corporate policies, risk‑management standards and insurance requirements.
• Support resolution of contract performance issues, amendments and potential disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Typically 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, either in‑house or at a law firm.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex legal concepts to non‑legal partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail in contract drafting and terminology.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Ironclad, Icertis or similar.
• Proficiency with e‑signature platforms like DocuSign.
