Contract Lawyer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Moritz is seeking experienced contract lawyers to join its curated network of independent attorneys. This remote, project‑based position allows you to work with leading technology companies on commercial agreements while managing your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs, and data‑processing agreements.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
• Deliver precise, high‑quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Licensed abogado/abogada in Mexico, in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
