Contracts Manager

About the role

We are expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru and need a Contracts Manager to support our regional growth. The role will lead the Contracts organization, reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking a variety of legal agreements for clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate agreements such as master services agreements, site contracts, consulting, vendor, confidentiality, and clinical study agreements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams and sponsors to align contract deliverables with study timelines.
• Resolve and escalate contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain contract files, databases and archiving systems.
• Track, report and manage site contract metrics.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures for timely contract execution.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective actions.
• Provide status updates to study teams on contract negotiations and execution.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (4‑year college) in a scientific, healthcare, legal or business discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and budget negotiations.
• Proven experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Strong organizational, written communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
