Controller – Order-to-Cash Finance Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Controller to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance function within a global B2B distribution organization. The role oversees credit, collections, billing and cash-application activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end O2C process, including credit assessment, collections, invoicing and cash application.
• Manage large finance teams through subordinate leaders, setting performance targets and coaching staff.
• Produce financial and operational reports, monitor key performance metrics and drive data-based decision making.
• Implement process improvements and internal financial controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee finance administration functions such as accounting, payroll, tax and related activities, preferably within a shared-services environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing sizable finance teams and delivering accurate reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations and O2C operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems.
• Leadership capability to develop and motivate team members.
