About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Coordinator to join Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club in Los Cabos. Reporting to the Creative and Marketing Directors, you will shape the club’s storytelling across digital channels and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and department heads to develop monthly content plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery of photography, video, and written copy.
• Cover member events and seasonal activities, providing visual and narrative documentation.
• Write, edit and schedule social media posts, captions and short‑form content while maintaining brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all digital platforms.
• Support the conception and execution of brand campaigns that drive sales and internal communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience creating digital and social media content, including a portfolio of video production.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, tone and visual consistency.
