About the role

Bosch is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Coordinator of ESD and Mechanical Stress to join its Celaya, Guanajuato site. You will ensure the structural integrity, reliability and electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistance of a wide range of products, from consumer electronics to industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain ESD control programs in line with IPC, ANSI and ISO standards.
• Coordinate mechanical stress testing, document results and drive continuous improvement.
• Control tooling and fixtures according to CeFQ.193 procedures and perform time‑study updates.
• Provide production support for processes and machines affected by ESD or mechanical stress issues.
• Investigate mechanical failures, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits of ESD‑sensitive areas, ensure 5S compliance and approve capability studies.
• Support workstation release processes for new projects and product launches.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience using advanced simulation tools and mechanical stress testing equipment.
• Knowledge of ESD standards (IPC, ANSI, ISO) and Bosch internal standards (N55, IPC 9704).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate testing procedures.
• Proven capability in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action implementation.
