Corporate Lawyer – Mexico & LATAM

About the role

The Corporate Lawyer will support internal clients across Mexico and Latin America by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents. The role ensures that all agreements comply with internal policies and local regulations while mitigating legal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate licenses, services, and supply contracts under the supervision of the Legal Director.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to align contractual terms with corporate policies.
• Manage document control, including versioning, signatures, renewals, and storage (digital and physical).
• Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and reports for business units.
• Monitor compliance with anti‑corruption, privacy, IP, and other internal policies.
• Track contract pipeline, renewal dates, and risk alerts.

Required profile

• Law degree (license in process acceptable).
• At least 1 year of experience in contract review, legal opinion drafting, and document management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of contract and corporate law, IP, and compliance.
