Corporate Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team at Charger Logistics’ Parque Industrial Queretaro site. In this role you will support the procurement function, helping to source low‑to‑mid‑value goods and services while ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data, analyze vendor quotes and assist in sourcing low‑to‑mid‑value items.
• Conduct market research, maintain vendor profiles and prepare RFI/RFQ documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
• Support senior buyers in negotiating pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries and ensure vendor compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procurement records and audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor spending, contribute to procurement metrics and cost‑saving reports.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, performance evaluation and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of contract terms, supplier sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (part of Office Suite).
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms is a plus.
