Costs Analyst

About the role

The Costs Analyst will support Bosch’s Toluca plant by delivering accurate cost information, analysing financial results and helping shape cost‑saving strategies across the Automotive Business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and control the financial results of the assigned department area.
• Provide reliable cost data and propose strategies for financial decision‑making.
• Coordinate central processes and projects assigned to the cost department.
• Partner with the logistics team to evaluate cost implications and identify profit‑earning opportunities.
• Prepare and validate monthly cost reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee all cost‑accounting functions, guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong data analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of SAP UBK‑RM (UG, UP modules) or similar SAP cost‑accounting tools.
• Proven ability to work with solid data analysis techniques.
