Country Manager – Mexico

About the role

Our client, a global consumer technology leader in smart home solutions, is expanding rapidly across Latin America. They are looking for a commercially driven Country Manager for Mexico to shape market strategy, grow revenue, and strengthen channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Mexico’s commercial strategy, revenue performance, and regional market growth.
• Build, manage, and optimize distributor and retail partner networks across multiple channels.
• Identify new market opportunities using data insights and regional intelligence tools.
• Strengthen brand presence through effective go‑to‑market actions and competitive positioning.
• Recruit, mentor, and support regional teams while aligning with global leadership.
• Provide product training, gather market feedback, and collaborate with technical teams for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at key industry events and partner activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong communication skills in English, Chinese and Spanish.
• 15+ years of sales or business development experience in Mexico, preferably in smart devices, consumer tech or related sectors.
• Proven success in channel management, market growth and strategic execution.
• Strategic thinker, collaborative leader, comfortable in fast‑growing environments.
