Country Manager / Regional Manager

About the role

This senior position is responsible for driving commercial growth and market expansion across multiple international regions, including LATAM, Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, within the FX and CFDs industry. Based in Mexico and working fully remote, you will shape go‑to‑market strategies, build client and partner relationships, and ensure consistent revenue growth while navigating local regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share and profitability across assigned regions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and standards.
• Maintain full compliance with local regulations and foster strong relationships with authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop local teams to achieve high‑performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive client acquisition and revenue acceleration.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of sales and business development experience in FX/CFDs or broader financial trading.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role with operational responsibility.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and regional dynamics.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operational management.
