Creative Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Project Manager coordinates and delivers projects across design and production teams, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to final delivery. This role balances creative vision with operational rigor, maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from concept through completion, serving as the central point of contact for cross‑functional partners.
• Gather project requirements and design direction, briefing creative teams and ensuring all assets are transferred accurately.
• Allocate resources, set timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor specialized production requirements.
• Develop structured project plans with realistic milestones, adapting proactively to challenges.
• Foster transparent communication and collaboration among stakeholders, adhering to established SOPs.
• Oversee financial reconciliation, ensuring projects stay within budget and align with departmental objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and schedules using workflow management tools, routing proofs and tracking feedback.
• Implement rigorous quality‑control standards throughout the project lifecycle and manage billing/invoicing processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience in creative agencies, digital advertising firms, in‑house creative teams, or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to responsiveness.
• Proven expertise in creative workflow management and print production.
