CSLV Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The CSLV Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a trusted finance advisor to senior leaders within a large‑scale global services organization. Based in Mexico, the role focuses on influencing strategic and operational decisions through financial modeling, performance insights, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a finance advisor to worldwide Customer Success and Lifetime Value leaders, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner with business‑unit services finance teams to evaluate sales performance, customer trends, and financial results.
• Own and continuously enhance the global Net Dollar Retention model in Power BI.
• Lead profitability analyses for the GreenLake business to identify growth and margin opportunities.
• Support recurring financial management activities such as flash reporting, KPI tracking, and executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with geographic teams, Sales Strategy & Planning, and Finance stakeholders to understand performance drivers.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic analyses for key programs and investments.
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support strategic deal reviews and act as a secondary worldwide operating‑system deal approver.
• Prepare clear analyses and presentations for senior and executive audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or a closely related financial analysis role.
• Experience in services or solutions businesses is preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link operational trends to financial performance.
