About the role

Join the culinary team at Susurros del Corazón, an ocean‑front resort in Punta de Mita, as the Culinary Experiences Chef. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will shape and deliver memorable food experiences across the property, from beach grills to private villa dining.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to set daily operational direction and develop creative culinary concepts.
• Lead all resort‑wide culinary experiences, including the seasonal Beach Grill, Susurros Market, La Boquita outlet, Beach Dinners, and Chef‑in‑Villa service.
• Assist in menu development, maintain recipes, portion specifications, preparation procedures, and plating standards.
• Adapt and innovate menu items based on seasonal produce and guest preferences.
• Determine purchasing specifications, manage budget allocations for menu items, kitchen, and conference room inventories while controlling costs.
• Ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency across all cooking stations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a resort or high‑volume hotel kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and PR teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.
