About the role

Join Susurros del Corazón, a luxury oceanfront resort in Punta de Mita, as a Culinary Experiences Chef. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will shape and deliver unique culinary experiences across the property, enhancing the brand through innovative food concepts and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to set daily operational direction and develop creative culinary proposals.
• Lead and oversee all resort‑wide culinary experiences, including the seasonal Beach Grill, Susurros Market, La Boquita outlet, beach dinners, and Chef‑in‑Villa programs.
• Assist in menu development, maintain recipes, portion specifications, preparation procedures, and plating standards.
• Adapt and create menu items based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Determine purchasing specifications, manage budgets, and control inventories for kitchen and conference room operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑end culinary environment, preferably within a resort or hotel setting.
• Ability to work closely with senior culinary leadership and coordinate with marketing, PR, and guest relations teams.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple dining concepts and inventory control.
• Leadership aptitude to guide kitchen staff and ensure consistent brand standards.
