Customer Project Manager

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project delivery for its automotive and industrial customers. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects from QGC0 to QGC5 while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) for each customer project.
• Coordinate project preparation, execution, reporting and closure, including critical‑path management.
• Manage product cost, budget planning, and financial risk assessment in USD.
• Lead risk, escalation and crisis management with internal teams, external partners and the customer account.
• Oversee the entire project team, delegate tasks, and conduct core team meetings.
• Ensure delivery of all 11 project features (progress, profitability, quality, validation, delivery, supplier, release, customer satisfaction, security, etc.).
• Approve product releases, manage MCR projects and related ECRs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience (3 years in engineering and 5 years in project management) preferably in automotive production.
• Proven background in engineering, quality, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Volkswagen projects is a plus.
