Customer Service Advisor - English Speaker

About the role

Farfetch is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its global operations team. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, mentor junior agents and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guide less experienced representatives to meet productivity and performance targets.
• Conduct in‑depth research to solve complex customer issues and support managers with escalated cases.
• Offer feedback and propose enhancements to tools, procedures and overall service strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and manage conflicts effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to break down complex problems and devise solutions.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and willingness to learn and improve.
• Availability for rotating shift schedules.
