About the role
QIMA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure inspection, audit, and lab test programs consistently exceed client expectations while upholding the highest service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and follow up on client accounts to confirm requirements are accurately captured and satisfied.
- Propose and implement solutions that enhance value for clients and improve overall service quality.
- Communicate efficiently with operations, back‑office, frontline teams, and client contacts.
- Support pre‑sales inquiries and participate in client meetings alongside operations experts.
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver quick‑win solutions and long‑term programs for key accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a laboratory or quality‑control environment.
- Fluent spoken English and French.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, effective prioritisation, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team‑player attitude with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Macros and VBA.
