Customer Service – Logistics

About the role

Edscha is seeking an experienced Customer Service – Logistics professional to act as the primary liaison for OEM customers such as Stellantis and Mazda. The role involves managing the complete order lifecycle and ensuring on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for OEM customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
• Handle order entry, validation, scheduling, tracking, and closure.
• Monitor inventory, shipment status, and product availability to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and Transportation teams.
• Manage customer portals, EDI transactions, ASN submissions, and forecast updates.
• Resolve delivery issues, documentation discrepancies, and schedule changes promptly.
• Prepare and analyse customer service KPIs and logistics performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with OEM logistics standards and customer‑specific requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings to review performance and discuss improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in automotive customer service or logistics.
• Experience working with OEM clients (e.g., Stellantis, Mazda, GM, Ford).
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of EDI and ASN processes.
• Familiarity with automotive customer portals and forecasting procedures.
