Customer Service Representative

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for its customers. The role focuses on anticipating needs, providing timely updates on orders and service changes, and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to inbound tickets via the support system.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, delivering effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactively manage order communications, including status updates, ship‑date changes, and pricing discrepancy resolution.
• Provide key account management and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to minimize delivery problems.
• Generate sales order reports and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Assist with stock‑adjustment return exceptions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer needs.
• Support sales plan execution, generate customer scorecards, and handle sample/quote requests.
• Communicate price increases and manage new account and EDI setup processes.

Required profile

• College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated with initiative and minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
