Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative provides essential support to our operations by handling inbound inquiries from U.S. wholesale dealers, processing orders, and ensuring clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. This fast‑paced position demands strong bilingual communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from U.S. wholesale dealers efficiently.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct kit based on vehicle year, make, model, trim, and configuration.
• Enter orders accurately into the system and confirm all details with the customer before submission.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, and holds according to established procedures.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate order records and route invoices and documents to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order‑related issues.
• Protect the confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English for supporting U.S. customers via phone and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑call‑volume environment.
• Preferred: prior wholesale customer service or order entry experience, automotive or manufacturing background, bilingual support experience, familiarity with order management or ERP software.
