Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between our clients, partners, and internal teams. You will ensure a smooth experience on our platform by providing timely, professional support throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users during account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals and general platform usage.
• Respond to inquiries via live chat, email and phone with empathy and clarity.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to account access, transactions and platform functionality, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to guarantee seamless follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate client and partner records in CRM systems.
• Support service campaigns aimed at satisfaction, retention and community engagement.
• Track frequent questions to improve internal processes and FAQs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Empathetic, patient and solution‑oriented when dealing with customers.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, digital platforms or affiliate programs is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
